Moors Valley Country Park
Adventure Wonderland
Moors Valley Country Park is located at Horton Road, Ashley Heath, Near Ringwood (just off the A31). This beautiful park covers approximately 750 acres (mainly woodland) and is a wonderful day out for all the family. An 18th century wooden barn houses the visitor centre, restaurant, shop and exhibition area. A few minutes walk from the visitor centre is the adventure play area, a narrow-guage steam railway, a large picnic area and the beautiful Moors Lake. Also on-site is an 18 hole golf course, the childrens play trail with 8 wooden structures, a 200 metre wooden walkway through the tree tops called the 'Tree Top Trail', walks and cycle routes. For the more adventurous visitors there is the 'Go Ape!' high-wire adventure course. 
The Adventure Wonderland park is located opposite Bournemouth Airport. From the B3073 (Parley Lane, which runs alongside the perimeter fence of the airport), turn into Merritown Lane. This park is themed around the 'Alice in Wonderland' story and includes the Aztec Adventure Indoor Play Centre (Wild Thing!), the themed hedge maze, live performances in the 'Happydrome Theatre' and the outdoor adventure rides, such as the 'Runaway Train' and the 'Ghostly Galleon'. Also on-site are shopping outlets, cafes, picnic areas and toilet facilities with baby changing (disabled toilets also available). The park has a large car and coach park with disabled parking available. A great outing for all the family.
